Returns

**Due to Covid - 19 we are not taking returns. All sales are final.**

Temporarily suspending product returns – in order to protect our employees and our customers from any additional risk, we will not be accepting returns of any merchandise until further notice. Once a product has left the store, we cannot accept it back and provide a refund.


Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. 

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Rough Hand,  PO Box 500 Atascosa TX 78002, United States

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

Damaged Items : 

If your items arrive damaged customers have one week from the date the order is received to contact us via email at roughhandbrand@gmail.com in order for us to replace and reship the item that arrived damaged.
